200, 000 Graduates Benefits from N-Power jobs


Professor Uche Uwaleke, a professor of Economics from the Nassarawa State University, Keffi said the N-Power Volunteer Scheme introduced by the current administration has created jobs for over 200,000 graduates in the 36 states and Abuja.

Uwaleke, who disclosed this at the ongoing leadership training programme organised on the auspices of the National Committee of Buhari Support Groups, NCBSG, for its coordinators nationwide, in Abuja, said, the government was on course in its campaign promises on job creation.

He also said in an assessment of the achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari’s led APC administration, that the implementation of the Bank Verification Number, BVN, had plugged loopholes for siphoning of public fund and tracking of illicit funds through multiple accounts.
